The Foundation of Sports, Tourism and Environmental Protection was established at the beginning of 2013 in order to promote the nature and history of the region and popularize active forms of relaxation through sports, auto tourism and education with respect for natural environment. The Foundation statutory activities include: organizing and running a club gathering the owners of 4x4 vehicles called “The Eastern Wall Team”, organizing recreational, sports and tourist activities, promoting the rules of safe recreation, organizing rallies, competitions and sports events promoting Podlasie at the regional, inter-regional and international level, popularizing the knowledge about the world of nature, acting for the protection of natural and cultural heritage, organizing environmental protection ventures. Other projects executed by the Foundation include, among others: charity, social welfare and rescue.
